The 5 Minute Workout
My name is Tejiri Orugbo. I am a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrionist with over 20 years of training experience. My point of view on exercise is that it has to be a way of life as there are absolutely no shortcuts. The one resounding excuse I have come across in my career as a Personal Trainer is that of time. Some people never seem to have enough time or at least so they claim. Time is the one certain thing on earth of which everyone has an equal abundance. After all, don’t we all have 24 hours in one day? The bottom line is if you are still at the point where you think you “want to” exercise then chances are you will not do it. However, if you are at the point where you know you absolutely “have to” exercise then chances are you will.
So, for those of you who are at this point but find that you do not always have that 30 minutes or 1 hour to exercise or you find yourself cooped up in a hotel room with no gym in sight, I have designed this 5 minute routine to keep you going while you are away from your gym. This is a routine for beginners or quite simply someone who has only been exercising for some weeks.

Greatt workout Tejiri! I have been doing this workout for about 3 weeks and starting to feel better in general. This is just what I needed as I never have enough time to train. Surely, everyone can spare 5 minutes for their health. I am glad I came across your video. When are the next ones coming? Please keep them coming!!!

Can you wear some more tight fitting clothes? I would really inspire people to workout.
