Prada Made to Measure Shirts

From October a new service from Prada shall come into operation. Made to measure shirts no less. Three shapes are on offer: classic, semi-fitted to slim-fit with darts. Perhaps ‘darts player’ fit would be suitable for fat blokes especially considering some of the leerier prints. Choose from six collar shapes and five cuffs versions including one double cuff for cuff-links. The most exciting bit though is the access to the much revered fabric archive. Prada’s ‘Precious’ fabric range includes micro chevron and cashmere twill, also ‘Vintage’ re-releases from 2001-8 in silk and cotton. These are proper signature Prada affairs, and a coup for dedicated fans. You can also get your (or somebody else’s) initials embroidered on. Four weeks later (and between £240 and a grand later) the Prada shirt of your dreams could be yours.

Available from Bond Street and Sloane Street shops and Harrods men’s emporium.
